All financial institutions have huge amounts of customer data, but it is often a struggle to access it and to use it strategically to make better decisions. This problem is getting worse over time as new FinTech solutions are added. There have been many attempts to solve this problem (MCIFs, Data Warehouses, CRM), but none of them have really worked.
