Terry Ammons
Terry Ammons is the Managing Principal of Snomma Ventures, LLC, an investment and advisory firm focused on fintech and financial services. Prior to Snomma, Terry was a Partner and the Fintech Leader of Wipfli LLP, a Top 20 Advisory and Consulting firm serving financial institutions and fintech firms throughout the US.
Marco Bernasconi
Marco’s distinguished career spans over 30 years, during which he has held various executive level positions. Such positions include President and CEO of a community bank, Executive at a Fintech/core processor, and Principal at a leading accounting firm for Fintech and digital transformation. Marco is currently Chief Operating and Chief Innovation Officer at a prestigious community bank in Massachusetts. Marcos leadership has and achievements have been recognized in the industry with numerous awards and relationships he has developed.
Jeff Harper
Harper has more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry. His early career consisted of successful stints with PWC, SunTrust Bank and PNC. His fintech and consulting career has included firms like Strategic Resource Management as EVP of Sales; BSG Financial Group of Louisville, Ky., where he served as President and doubled the company’s revenues and facilitated the successful sale of the business; and Allied Payment Network as CRO. Jeff is currently the Chief Growth Officer at FIntegrate Technology. Harper serves as president of the Association for Financial Technology (AFT) and has been a member of various banking associations, including the Financial Managers Society. He serves on the executive advisory council at James Madison University’s College of Business, where he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting.
